Log into your Digifeel account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button to generate your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
